If an agency does not set up a return appointment at the time of order pickup, they must schedule an appointment no less than one business day before the requested return. Returns are by APPOINTMENT ONLY and the appointment isn’t scheduled until it is confirmed by an Atlanta Community ToolBank staff member. Appointments are usually available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Saturday Access appointments may be available by request at a rate of $50 per half hour. NO APPOINTMENT ACCESS PROGRAM: The No Appointment Access Program is a fee-based access program during normal business hours for member agencies returning tool orders without a scheduled appointment or returning tool orders 15 minutes past their scheduled tool order return appointment, without notifying the Atlanta Community ToolBank. If access is available and approved by a ToolBank staff member, the member agency may choose to return tools at that time for a fee of $20.00 or schedule a future tool order return appointment at no cost.
