Tool Rush Sale FAQs
Q: How is the ToolBank ensuring the health and safety of Sale customers?
A: To ensure everyone’s safety, all staff, volunteers and Sale customers are required to wear masks. Every customer will be scanned with touchless thermometers before entering the sale and we have designated a maximum of 25 customers per hour during the Sale.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit cards and checks as forms of payment for Sale purchases. To ensure speedy and efficient check out, we recommend using a credit card for payment. Using a credit card also helps in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Q: Is parking available?
A: There is ample street parking in front and surrounding area of our facilities.
Q: Are my purchases tax deductible?
A: According to IRS rules and regulations, purchases from the Sale are not tax deductible, considering customers are receiving goods or services in the form of a purchase. Sales tax will be added to the final bill before purchase.
Q: Can I return an item or items I purchased?
A: All sales are final.
Q: Can you hold my purchases for a later pick up?
A: We have limited space at our facilities and are unable to hold purchases for later pick ups.
