Tool Rush Sale FAQs

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit cards and checks as forms of payment for Sale purchases. To ensure speedy and efficient check out, we prefer credit card for payment. Cashless sale also helps in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Q: Is parking available?
A: We’re happy to confirm our neighbors behind us at Mailing Ave. Stageworks have opened their gated parking lot for this event. There will be ample street parking for overflow, as well.

Q: Are my purchases tax deductible?
A: According to IRS rules and regulations, purchases from the Sale are not tax deductible, considering customers are receiving goods or services in the form of a purchase. Sales tax will be added to the final bill before purchase.

Q: Can I return an item or items I purchased?
A: All sales are final. We do thorough preparation for the sale and will double check tools and items as they go out. We’re getting ready to grow again, keep your new tools!

Q: Can you hold my purchases for a later pick up?
A: We have limited space at our facilities and are unable to hold purchases for later pick ups.
