PASSION

Passion led us here. Shoulder to shoulder, we have painstakingly built what is now known as the “Metropolis of the South.” Our passion empowered us to grab the tools, forge ahead and create a city beaming with pride, a city that reflects the hopes of each and every person that dwells within it.

For the past 29 years, passion has driven every move we’re made and road we’ve taken. It’s been an amazing ride and we can’t wait to see where the future takes us.

PRIDE

We’re proud of our accomplishments, especially this year. When the Coronavirus took hold of our community, we said “I don’t think so.” We got right to it, doing what we do best.

When doctors, nurses and first responders needed PPE, we hit the road, distributing over 40,000 masks, safety glasses and gloves. We helped protect them so they could help all those in need. We jumped on the virtual highway providing trainings and classes. With our community partners, over 389 homeowners learned how to keep their home warm and safe.

With food scarcity at an all-time high, we responded by lending over $600,000 worth of urban agriculture equipment and tools for FREE to help local gardens and urban farms provide food to our community.
