ToolBank membership has many benefits! Non-profits, faith based institutions, public schools, neighborhood associations, and community-based service organizations are eligible to join the ToolBank and borrow ToolBank tools to increase the impact of their mission-related efforts. Dues and Fees:

Membership Dues: Member Agencies pay annual dues based on their annual budget, and will be notified 60 days prior to their renewal date. Annual dues range from $25-$100. Paying membership dues is the last step in the membership process, and can be done online. Please remit payment based on the budget breakdown listed below:

Late Fees: Overdue tools accrue late fees at 6% of their retail value every week until the tool is returned, replaced, or its retail cost is paid in full. Avoid late fees by returning borrowed tools on time!
